MaXim Air is great. My ducted aircorn was showing an erroe code after running for 10 mins or so each time. MaXim aircorn came , identified problem accurately, provide all options, no hard sale technique to push customer to replace the aircorn unit, On the contrary, they assess the problem and offered best and more economical way to resolve the issue. They serviced my aircor outdoor unit, raising the foundation structure, cleaned the vent, sealed old cables. The aircorn is working again. MaXim Air endeavoured to fit me in and come punctually, did an absolutely good job. Highly recommended

We had our ducted AC replaced by MaximAir and they did an excellent job. Stephen conducted a site visit, inspected our ducts and provided us with a good, detailed explanation of the options. We selected an airtouch 4 system with 8 zones, all individually temperature controlled and we are really happy with it. Arran gave us a competitive quote and Victor and his team did an amazing job on the installation day. The crew arrived on time, were polite and tidy. Overall, we are very happy with the service we got from MaximAir.

Great experience from start to finish. Arran was very professional over the phone and very informative about the products available and the whole installation process. He also made a follow up call to check on the installation and service provided. The 2 installation guys were also very friendly and professional and did a great job with the our Mitsubishi reverse split system install and even fixed some ducting on our existing ducted system. Thanks to Arran and Stephen for their excellent workmanship and customer friendly attitude. Right from the beginning of the process they always guided us about the right product for our home and kept us informed all along. We installed 18.0 KW ducted AC and the whole process was really smooth. There was some delay from my end in approving the quote but Arran still did his best to accommodate the installation dates so that my family can bear the unexpected hot weather in Sydney during the months of December and January.
